| Annual General Meeting
Whilst the Company's main aim is to produce high quality musical shows, we can not do this without an elected Committee.
The membership of the group must be sure that the Committee are the right people for the job and the Committee need to present to the members evidence of what has been done and how money has been spent for the benefit of the group.
For the meeting to be representative of the membership, we must have 20 members attending the meeting.
Lutterworth Musical Theatre Company will therefore be holding their AGM on Thursday 24th November 7:30 pm Lutterworth College
All members who have paid, or intend to pay, their standard membership fee are entitled to vote at the meeting or join the committee. Click here for membership details.
If you would like to become more involved with the day-to-day running of the group by joining the committee, or you would like to stand for one of the officer's positions you will be very welcome!
Please come along, even if you don't want to be involved in the committee, to find out what is involved and why we ask you for membership fees!
You do not have to be a performer to be on the committee. Whilst this a voluntary role, many skills are important to ensure the group is run as well as is possible. Maybe you have management skills, or advertising skills or have worked in the Arts either now or previously.
